I just can’t wait until another Shabbat to post this!  I cried when I saw it  He has a way with words, indeed.  Everything I am doing on this blog, is to show what this man puts into a 5 minute poem.  Praise Yah, for the gifts and talents of His people, who want so badly to take you by the hand and show you the heart of Yah.

Sabbath Rest Poem By Lee Givhan
Exodus 20:8-11: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: therefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Exodus 31:13; Ezekiel 20:12, 20; Isaiah 58:13; Isaiah 66:23, Mark 2:27-28 and Hebrews 4:4-9 point to the importance of upholding the Most High’s 7th day Sabbath!

Even Yahushua’s (Jesus) apostles and first century church kept the 7th day Sabbath, following Christ’s ascension to heaven, in Acts 13:42-44; Acts 17:2 & Acts 18:4.

Accordingly, the Sabbath commandment remains for the saints of the Most High.

Revelation 14:12 — Here’s the patience of the saints, here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.  This includes the Sabbath commandment.
