When it comes to juice, I don’t think you can have too many recipes.  The juices I am listing have specific purposes.  Enjoy!

1 stalk fennel with leaves

1/4-1/2 inch piece of ginger

Blood Builder (rich in iron) –

2 bunches Grapes
6 Oranges
8 Lemons peeled
1/4 cup Honey

Stomach Cleanser –

Constipation Cure – 

1 firm Papaya
1/4-inch slice Ginger Root

Skin Cleanse – 

1 Cucumber with skin

High Blood Pressure Reducer – 

2 garlic cloves
1 handful parsley
1 cucumber
4 carrots with tops
2 stalks celery


2 tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

Potassium Juice – 

3 carrots
3 stalks celery
½ bunch spinach
½ bunch parsley

Fertility –

3 hard pears
1 cantaloupe
1 sweet potato

Aches and Pains – 

1 lemon
1 orange
3 hard pears
3 apples

Brain Stimulator – 

1 oranges
1 hard pears
1 yam
1 grapefruit
1 apple

Cancer Killer – 

1 beet
1 carrot
1 celery stick
1/2 potato
1 radish

Bladder – 

2 apples
1 1/4 cups of cranberries

Kidney – 

3 celery stalks
